"1-21-25 Excellent! Stopped here on our way to Galena. What a gem in Morrison! Our breakfast was amazing! Everything was so flavorful and fresh! This is true home cooking! The coffee is great! They keep the coffee cups warm under a heater! Wow! They even warm the syrup! Amazing! The hospitality is very much appreciated! The entire staff is so friendly! We will definitely stop back in next time we are through this way!"

"My wife and ate breakfast there. Food was somewhat prefab(bacon, sausage and links. The meat was very dry. The eggs and hash browns were good and prepared correctly. The price was very reasonable. The room is wide open and not much privacy. Two people were having a conversation across the opposite sides of room. This pretty much meant my wife and I would had to talk very loudly to each other in order to hear each other. It was our first time there. We will return at somepoint. Service was good and food was warm. Waitress had a hard time focusing and listing to instructions."

"The croissant was absolutely incredible and my water glass was never empty. Food came out faster than McDonald's and was very fairly priced! 10/10 would recommend."

"I'm kindof disappointed this time in my meal. I have gone here before and the food is normally plentiful and you are full when you leave. Today we got there before the rush, they didn't have CO2 for their pop machine so we understood that. But when our meal came out the hash browns were so thin, it was a like maybe 1/4 cup of hashbrowns spread out to look like it filled the plate and their plate was so much smaller, my eggs were definitely not cooked right. My husband's plate looked the same as mine. I looked over at the other customers plates and they were a full meal and their hashbrowns were amazing looking. It was not worth 12.99. They got slammed with people so I didn't complain to them about it. Everyone had seemed stress so was not going to add to that. Hopefully if will be good if we decide to go again."

"WOW!!! THAT WAS GOOOOD!! The 1st time here and I have to tell you the meal was great!! I myself had the sausage skillet with green peppers and onion. Also had a side of biscuits and gravy and Sausage links.. The vegetables were nice crisp and fresh in my skillet.. I'm a big biscuits and gravy guy. These were amazing! The American Fries with the biscuits and gravy were just as good.. My wife had the steak skillet which she gives a 10. The place was clean the people were friendly service service was prompt..Our total bill came up to $32.70. If you like Sterling Illinois mom's diner or Maple house you will love this place. Great food great service.."
